Call of Duty Announcement Due May 1st

On May 1st we will see the world reveal of the next Call of Duty title, according to the Call of Duty website.  The site has been updated with a countdown timer, currently just above 720,000 seconds, and the image above.  The reveal will take place during on the NBA All Star Game, broadcast on TNT here in the States.  In addition to the image and time, a number of “Classified” images are spread throughout the page, with some of the images containing unlock dates.  One of the images, which you’ll see below, is already unlocked, although it’s really not much of a reveal.

What are your thoughts?  Are we about to see the reveal of Black Ops 2, or another Modern Warfare, or something completely different?  Let us know below!

  1. Bryce Calvetti says:

Unless I’m mistaken, are there main characters left in MW besides one? I know they could introduce more but it would be tough to somehow continue the story line.

  2. Dave the don says:

I cant wait. Although they really need to step it up a bit and take some notes from the Battlefield title. They need bigger maps, heli’s, tanks like World at war. Thats what people want to keep the game interesting. Also they’ll have to do that if they want people to pay for the extra circular content
